Our services include not only the research and sourcing of these suppliers but  on going management of additional  including contract negotiations and payment detailing. We can also manage guest lists including RSVPs and special assistance. 

As the wedding date draws near we will coordinate everything in the run up to the day ensuring all suppliers are on the same page including creating run sheets, event overview documentation, supplier specific briefings, shot lists, play lists etc. We will even brief and  manage bridal party members to ensure the day runs smoothly and everyone knows exactly what they should be doing. Your coordinator will be there on the day for as many hours as needed.
